Handcrafted pair by pair with oxidised Sterling Silver and Mother of Pearl. Inspired by both my love for antique Biseauté mirrors and modernist designs. The silver’s surfaces were treated/textured with real linen cloth which echoed a tactility from the faraway world some of us once knew. What you see is what you will receive, this is for a ready-made pair.

The Mother of Pearl Star-inspired pieces was cut from old antique gaming coins; carefully hand-sawed, carved & polished specifically for this collection – they've been securely riveted once here onto the silver sheet where you see the dot. The overall finish is in Matt contrasted with the polished pearly Mother of Pearl morsels.

The APPROXIMATE measurements:

• the total length is 4.5cm x width of the widest part of the drop is 1.2cm
• repurposed / ethically sourced Mother of Pearl (MOP)
• handcrafted by me from Marseille where I'm currently based.

NOTE: The oxidised patina is a surface treatment which over time will wear off bit by bit leaving you a lovely vintage look. You may however re-patina it for an overall grey finish at home using a simple non-toxic technique. Please contact the seller for tips.
